Youth Inclusion and Support Team

Youth Inclusion - Outreach Programme

One of the best ways to prevent youth crime is to stop young people from getting into trouble in the first place. Our Youth Inclusion and Support Team works with young people aged 8-14 who are in danger of becoming socially excluded, involved in anti-social behaviour and/or crime. Often this is due to difficult circumstances in their lives.

We provide a multi-agency approach aimed towards meeting the needs of young people and their families. We do this by offering a range of different activities for Young People to help them make positive changes in their lives. Young people and families volunteer to take part in this programme.
